The PebbleGo suite offers flexible deployment options so districts and schools can adopt the configuration that best fits their instructional goals. The platform is useful across a range of instructional contexts, including whole-group lessons, small-group instruction, independent practice, project-based learning, and family engagement activities. District administrators and teachers can select the tools and content modules they need to support standards-based instruction, differentiated learning, and ongoing literacy development in K–5 classrooms.
A major addition to the suite is the Create tool, a digital workspace that enables students to demonstrate understanding and share learning artifacts directly from PebbleGo and PebbleGo Next articles. With a single click on “Create” from any article, students can choose from ready-made templates or start from a blank canvas and combine text, images, audio, and other media. This feature supports authentic assessment, gives students choices for expressing their ideas, and encourages creativity while reinforcing core concepts. Teachers can build and share lesson templates, assign activities, and monitor student work to track progress and provide timely feedback.
Complementing Create is the new Connect tool, which brings time-saving features for educators while supporting active, standards-aligned instruction. Connect includes a robust search function to locate articles and resources that align with state standards, curated activity bundles for hands-on or project-based units, and a view of trending content to spark lesson planning and inspire classroom activities. These features help teachers quickly find high-quality content and ready-to-use materials that match their instructional goals.
Recognizing the importance of seamless access, Capstone has integrated single sign-on (SSO) for districts using Clever and Google Classroom, reducing friction for students and teachers at login. Each component of the expanded suite also includes updated user interfaces and navigation enhancements to make the experience intuitive for young learners and efficient for educators managing lessons and student activity.
Together, these enhancements make PebbleGo more than a content library: it becomes a flexible instructional platform that supports literacy development, inquiry, and student agency. By combining high-interest nonfiction, multimedia supports, and creation tools, teachers can design experiences that reinforce reading skills, build background knowledge, and motivate students to explore topics independently or collaboratively.
